Are you a contractor?

No we are not contractors, we work closely with Proset to build all of our developments.
Are you a developer?

No we are not developers, however, we work closely with Broad in developing all of our infrastructure.
What exactly does your company do?

In simple terms, we manage investor and institutional funds and work closely with our partners to build rental income properties, along with properties that have potential to be renovated and flipped. We manage our units through our very own property management division.
Is my money safe?

All funds will sit in trust with Chisholm Law and will be directed to our partners
What are your average returns?

Our median return is in the range of 15-20% This depends on the project type you are invested in.
How is my money being used?

Your funds are directly invested into existing projects. This can include a new build, a flip, or a rental income property.
